In order to suit to customer’s budget, only the main frame is in french oak, when all other parts, which will be hidden by a cladding, will be made of softwood.

The owner will daily enjoy a charming construction, in harmony with the surrounding architecture for a very affordable amount.

Others will prefer to have the full oak construction, including doors, joinery, and maybe the flooring of the apartments on top, and or the cladding as well.

For doors, the demand goes mostly to character or rustic boards, with suits perfectly to the traditional oak structure.
