Finger jointed Robinia

cladding with overlapping profile  was chosen by this private owner to get a local timber without tannin. To avoid quantity of joints on the face, Grouazel recommended finger jointed boards, which are available up to 5.0 m length.

The straight rabbet and channel profile, with open jointed aspect  (20 x180) gives the modernity of actual design but is compatible with the French DTU unified technical document, and its requirements regarding the protection of the rain shield
